VendSoli is an online marketplace operated by Vendoriz Solutions Limited that connects independent Vendors with Buyers. Vendoriz Solutions Limited is strictly a technology platform: we do not operate a fulfilment centre, hold inventory, or handle physical products. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works on VendSoli.

2. Who Ships Your Order

All products purchased on VendSoli are shipped directly from the Vendor to the Buyer. Vendors are fully responsible for packaging items securely, engaging their preferred courier or logistics service, and dispatching orders within the delivery timeline stated on their product listing.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by Vendor and are stated on each product listing. Vendors are required to fulfil orders within the timeline they advertise. If a delivery is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeline and the Vendor cannot provide valid tracking or delivery confirmation, the order may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Tracking Your Order

Vendors are required to provide tracking information to Buyers once an order has been dispatched, where the courier service used supports tracking. Tracking details, where available, will be shared with you through the platform or directly by the Vendor.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are set by individual Vendors and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Vendoriz Solutions Limited does not set or collect shipping fees on behalf of Vendors beyond what is shown at checkout.

6. Delivery Areas

Delivery areas depend on the individual Vendor and the courier services they use. Some Vendors may only deliver within certain regions of Nigeria. Please check the product listing or contact the Vendor before placing an order if you are unsure whether they deliver to your location.

7. Issues With Delivery

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or arrives significantly different from what was ordered, please contact our support team with your order details. We will mediate with the Vendor as described in our Refund Policy, including verifying tracking information with the courier where applicable.

8. Vendor Responsibility for Couriers

Vendors are responsible for selecting reliable courier or logistics partners and for any issues arising from the courier's handling of an order. Vendoriz Solutions Limited does not control or guarantee the performance of any third-party courier service engaged by a Vendor.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
