For Vendors, additionally:

• Bank account details (account name, account number, and bank name) for payouts
• Government identification: BVN (11 digits), NIN (11 digits), or Voter's Card (19 characters)
• Business Registration Certificate, where the Vendor operates as a registered business

This information is stored securely on our servers with encrypted backups, and is used solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and verify Vendor identity as part of our KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence process
• Process orders and payments, including receiving funds on behalf of Vendors via Paystack and disbursing payouts via bank transfer
• Facilitate communication between Buyers and Vendors
• Mediate and resolve disputes, including reviewing evidence such as delivery confirmations, tracking information, and communication records
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including those arising from our relationship with licensed payment processors
• Improve and maintain the security and functionality of the platform

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Paystack and other licensed payment service providers, solely to process payments and payouts
• With Vendors, limited to the information necessary to fulfil and ship an order (such as name, delivery address, and contact details)
• With courier or logistics partners engaged by Vendors, to enable delivery
• With regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by law, or where necessary to investigate fraud, sanctions matches, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
• With service providers who support our infrastructure (such as hosting and security providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection under this Policy

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC, tax, and audit requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Dispute and transaction records are retained for compliance and audit purposes for the period required by applicable law.
