1. What is VendSoli?

VendSoli is an online marketplace platform operated by Vendoriz Solutions Limited. It connects independent Vendors who list products and services with Buyers who wish to purchase them, and facilitates payments between them.

2. Who do I buy from on VendSoli?

All products and services on VendSoli are listed by independent third-party Vendors. Vendoriz Solutions Limited does not manufacture or stock any of the products sold on the platform; we provide the technology and payment infrastructure that connects Buyers and Vendors.

3. How do I pay for an order?

Payments are processed securely through our Paystack integration. When you complete a purchase, your payment is received into Vendoriz Solutions Limited's account and held on behalf of the Vendor until your order is confirmed as delivered or any dispute is resolved.

4. Who ships my order, and how long does it take?

Orders are shipped directly from the Vendor to you. Delivery timelines vary by Vendor and are shown on the product listing. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

5. What if my order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact our support team with your order details and any evidence (such as photos or tracking information). We will mediate with the Vendor and, where appropriate, process a refund. The full process is described in our Refund Policy.

6. How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, the Vendor is required to process it within 7 days of confirming receipt of a returned item (where applicable). The time for funds to reflect in your account afterwards depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. How do I become a Vendor on VendSoli?

Register for an account and select the option to set up a store. You will be asked to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes providing your full name, phone number, verified email, address, bank account details, and a valid means of identification (BVN, NIN, or Voter's Card). Vendors operating as registered businesses may also be asked to provide a Business Registration Certificate.

8. How does Vendor verification work?

We perform format validation on identification numbers, verify that bank account names match the registered Vendor name, manually review uploaded documents for authenticity, and run basic sanctions screening. Vendors with higher transaction volumes may undergo additional manual checks before activation.

9. How and when do Vendors get paid?

When a Buyer pays for an order, funds are received into Vendoriz Solutions Limited's account. After deducting the agreed platform commission, the remaining amount is held and paid out to the Vendor via bank transfer, once the order is confirmed and no dispute is open.

10. What can't be sold on VendSoli?

VendSoli prohibits the listing of illegal goods, counterfeit products, regulated items requiring special licences (such as firearms, alcohol, and tobacco), adult content, unlicensed financial or lending services, and several other categories. 11. Is my personal information safe?

We store personal and KYC information securely with encrypted backups and limit access to what is necessary for verification, payments, and dispute resolution. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and protected under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
